Our Commitment to Child Safety
YipYap is committed to maintaining a safe environment for our users. We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation on our platform in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited on YipYap:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content that exploits or endangers minors
- Any material that violates applicable laws
Users who violate these policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Safety Measures
YipYap implements various measures to help maintain a safe platform:
- Content Moderation: We review reported content and take action as appropriate.
- User Reporting: Users can report concerning content through in-app tools.
- Age Requirements: Users must be 18 or older to use our platform.
- Policy Enforcement: We enforce our Terms of Service and safety policies.
How to Report Harmful Content
YipYap provides multiple ways to report content that violates our safety policies. Choose the method that works best for your situation:
Reporting Methods
Users can report concerning content through various in-app mechanisms:
- Post/Comment Reporting: Use the three-dot menu on any post or comment to report violations
- User Reporting: Report concerning user behavior through profile pages
- Support Ticket System: Visit the Settings page and select Raise a support ticket
How to Report
- Use the three-dot menu on any post or comment
- Select "Report" and choose the appropriate violation category
- Provide additional details about the violation
- Submit your report for review
Note: We review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies.
Legal Compliance
YipYap complies with applicable laws and cooperates with law enforcement as required:
- We respond to valid legal requests and subpoenas
- We may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities
- We preserve data as required by applicable law
Report Processing
When you submit a report:
- We review reports and take appropriate action
- Violating content may be removed
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations
- We may contact you for additional information if needed

Important: Do not call HSE Live if someone is seriously ill, injured or at risk of dying. Call 112 or 999 for life-threatening emergencies.
Note: 112 works in any EU country and from any phone. Both 112 and 999 are free of charge.
